We take professional photos, then produce a floorplan and an EPC.

When potential tenants arrange viewings, we accompany them before giving you their feedback.


Step 4

We negotiate any offers on your behalf.


Step 5

Once you accept an offer, we run a detailed reference report which includes a credit rating.


Step 6

We arrange pre-tenancy works, including an inventory, cleaning and a gas safety report.


Step 7

We draw up the legally-binding tenancy agreement.


Step 8

Our staff meet the tenant to hand over the keys, along with a welcome pack.


Step 9

We register the deposit, arrange to collect the ongoing rent, and set-up notification of late payments.


Step 10

At the end of the tenancy, we arrange a professional clean, check the tenant out and return their deposit.
