We have brought our team together into one centralised location, our recently refurbished Rickmansworth office. The new hub will incorporate our Chorleywood and Croxley Green offices as well as our commercial arm Perry Holt. By co-locating all the services in the one place, the aim is to provide a more efficient operation with slicker communication and support from centralised administration & marketing. Our Rickmansworth hub will become an all-round property consultancy allowing us to advise our clients on all aspects of the property market. Our team are really excited to work in a larger, more diverse atmosphere where they can share expertise and ideas.
Also headed up by Alex Sewell, our sister company Perry Holt are experts in the commercial market, land & development. Perry is a Chartered Surveyor and has been working in commercial property since 1970, becoming a Fellow of RICS in 2000. He has several valued clients who appreciate his advice on property acquisition, letting and sales, valuation, rent review and property asset valuation. Our resident commercial expert Joel Lobatto has worked with Perry for the last 12 years. Dealing with multi-national clients, site acquisition and disposal of sites along with all other aspects of commercial property, to date Joel has carried out over 500 deals with sales and acquisitions totalling over £100 million. Perry Holt also specialise in land & development and can provide full site appraisals giving advice on land value, build costs and a GDV with comparable evidence. Whether it be a single dwelling or a site in excess of 100 units we will help you find a suitable buyer and negotiate the best price. Land & Development Manager Ben Howard works closely with our New Homes specialist so we can offer the full package to developers.
2022 marks our 20th anniversary as a business. This milestone seemed like the perfect opportunity to dive into our new structure and set some new goals. As you can see from our timeline the business has developed a lot over the last 20 years! We remain firmly committed to the Chorleywood and Croxley Green areas but believe that the modern-day customer does not necessarily expect a physical presence in every town and village in which they operate. By having all of our team under one roof, supported by a robust operations & marketing department, we are striving to improve the service we deliver to our clients and promote knowledge share amongst our team.
