Property Consultant

We are looking for a Property Consultant to join our busy residential sales team. This role would suit a motivated and personable individual who enjoys meeting new people, working in a team, building relationships, is target driven and strives to deliver excellent customer service. This is a full time role, 5 days a week, including some Saturday work. Where a Saturday is worked a lieu day will be given in the week.

This role will provide progression as experience and knowledge is gained. The majority of the team at S&G started in this position and have progressed into a variety of more senior roles across the business.

Estate Agency experience is not essential but some experience is a sales or customer service role is required. Full training provided. Car and driving license essential. Basic salary plus commission. Salary will be dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities will include

  • To answer inbound enquiries via the internet, phone or in person, providing an effective and efficient service.
  • To maintain regular contact with sellers, buyers & applicants.
  • Conduct viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and deals.
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Future expectation- sales progression.
