About the GetAgent Top Performer Awards
GetAgent is a tool that helps homeowners find the best performing estate agents in their area. They use a proprietary algorithm to collate property data directly from the Land Registry, Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket to assess each agent’s performance in their areas. This is then used to make estate agent recommendations.
Three core performance metrics are generated in the process:
- Percentage of the original asking price achieved
- Average sale time
- Number of properties listed in the past 6 months.
The most heavily weighted criteria of the three for receiving the Top Performer Award is the average asking price achieved. By being within the top 20% of performers in WD3 and WD18, we’ve shown that our honest approach to market appraisals has helped us consistently sell our client’s homes for close and even beyond the initial asking price.
