Being an independent agent, we are unable to rely on you just recognising our name, therefore our emphasis must be on customer service. You will hear that one of the major benefits to using a corporate agent is the vast stock of applicants that they have due to having multiple offices nationwide. In reality however, how likely is it that an agent based in Manchester for example, is going to speak to their applicant database about your property in Hertfordshire? The answer?  Not very. Internet marketing is so important these days in order to get your property out there to the widest audience possible. Martyn, Hannah and our office administrators work very closely in order to make sure that your home is getting the maximum exposure. Having an in house photographer means that, should we not be getting the response that we are hoping for, we can quickly react by taking new photos and changing the way that the property is being shown. However this is very rarely necessary.

Being a small, family run business, we are able to keep in close contact and have very strong working relationships with each other. This is excellent if you are looking to buy in the area as the communication between offices is outstanding. Where a larger agent may move their staff around between offices, the majority of Sewell and Gardner employees have been with the company for a number of years, making our knowledge of the local market and how it is changing second to none.
