Sewell & Gardner climb to the top!

On the 27th June on a fairly warm and slightly cloudy evening the Sewell and Gardner sales and new homes teams packed themselves off to Watford Boys Grammar School for a team building and bonding exercise.

What were a group of Estate Agents doing back at school I hear you ask? The answer – Climbing!!

Rickmansworth’s award winning estate agent have proved themselves to excel in customer service in recent times and also topped the Rightmove statistics in their area. Now they were setting themselves a new challenge and taking a well earned break from calling out and vendor management. This challenge was to be a true test of their athleticism and nerve.

Shouts of Liam ‘The Orang-utan’ Byrne and Emily ‘Catwoman’ Walton came from the heckling Sewell and Gardner team as each staff member pitted their wits against, what proved to be a very challenging 10 metre wall.

We, as estate agents, pride ourselves on never giving up and taking on tough challenges and this particular wall had sales managers bruising their hands, negotiators getting stiff arms and valuers sweating profusely !!

Thanks to Watford Boys Grammar School for the experience and thanks to Alex (our director) for funding the outing.

Unfortunately Spiderman was nowhere to be seen but Sewell and Gardner should be proud of the heights they scaled and their never say die attitude. Top Climbing boys and girls!

All the best,  Joe
