Ricky round up of 2019

The Rickmansworth property market has seen some stronger sales volumes as the year has progressed. The first quarter of the year saw strong activity from first time buyers with older stock at the lower end of the market being snapped up. We saw positive signs with homes getting multiple offers and very close to asking price. The second half of the year saw the home movers taking the lead and keeping the property market moving. Savvy home movers took advantage of motivated sellers who were prepared to listen to offers in order to make the move happen. The final quarter of the year saw some investors coming back to the market and taking advantage of low interest rates and cheaper homes which offered sound long-term investment opportunities.

2019 has been a very positive year for the team with some strong individual performances, whilst remaining true to our strong internal brand values. With this we have seen our office gain more and more google reviews which has increased to 48 5-star reviews which is a great reflection on the service the team and company are offering.

We have been heavily involved within the Rickmansworth community having contributed £1000’s to help bring the community together. To name a few, we helped with the St Mary primary school Firework night and Rickmansworth Christmas night. Rickmansworth Christmas night was once again a roaring success with the offer of free mince pies and mulled wine to keep the adults warm and festive. We then opened Santa’s Grotto for the kids who put their Christmas present requests in and then walked away with free chocolate advent calendars ready for 1st December.

With a strong team in place and a great focus on continuing to deliver exceptional customer service, we are excited about what 2020 has to bring!
