Last weekend I received some great new Buy to Let mortgage deals through from Mike @ One Stop Finance (t. 01442 232272) and, as a consequence I spent the best part of Sunday afternoon showing Rental Investors around the fabulous ‘Turpin Court’ development in Watford.
It is always really exciting when you have been asked for rental prices off plan at the initial concept of the project, then you are able to add at least £100 per month onto the rental prices when you actually visit the site and see the finished flats. That’s what happened here, now that I have seen the development with all the fixtures & fittings in place, I have been incredibly pleased to find top quality interiors, plus gated parking, a lift and lots of private gardens & balconies to boot!
There are some fabulous deals to be done here with incredibly attractive sale prices, yields as high as 6% and, to top it off, a deal from the builder to include full management with Sewell & Gardner paid up front for 2 years! Can’t say fairer than that!
