The new year started a bit slow as we were plunged into lockdown 3, however, activity has now really picked up and we have had a busy month on sales agreed and new properties coming to the market. It is really positive to see so many people are still keen to move and we are noticing particularly high demand in certain areas of the market, for example family homes in Chorleywood. Lettings prices are particularly strong at the moment and we have achieved an average of 103% asking price across lets agreed this month. We know that many of our sales clients are concerned about utilising the stamp duty holiday so our team are very focused on getting these sales across the line for them before the end of March.
