JANE GARDNER BLAZES A TRAIL FOR HIGH STANDARDS OF SERVICE IN RESIDENTIAL LETTING AGENCY
Jane Gardner, the Lettings Director of Sewell & Gardner, Rickmansworth has successfully completed the NFoPP & ARLA Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting & Property Management qualification and is now one of the most highly qualified residential letting agents in Britain. NFoPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) Awarding Body & ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) introduced the Level 4 Certificate in November 2011 as part of its programme to raise standards of professionalism in residential letting agency through professional qualifications.
ARLA Managing Director, Ian Potter said: “Jane is in the vanguard of those working residential letting agents who recognise the value of professional qualifications, and who have the sound working knowledge both of the job and of best practice, to succeed. Her commitment to high standards is evidenced by her achievement of this higher level qualification.” Jane is the trainer for her lettings staff at Sewell & Gardner, including her graduate and apprentice programmes, and has been a Fellow of ARLA since 2004.

I am also 100% convinced that all letting agents should be qualified, not just one person in each office, or worse still, none at all.”
The NFoPP Awarding Body & ARLA Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting & Property Management is equivalent to a Certificate of Higher Education and comprises units on: Legal Aspects Relating to Residential Letting & Management, Practice Relating to Residential Property Management, Appraisal and Residential Property Letting Practice, Applied Law Relating to Residential Letting & Management, Introduction to Office Management and Advanced Office Management.
