Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2014

4th Year of Top Awards for Sewell & Gardner

Wonderful words from the judges of The Times & Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year awards as our Lettings & Propertym Management teams walked away with 4 major awards.

The panel of industry judges, overseen by The Property Ombudsman Christopher Hamer, stated that “anyone using Sewell & Gardner can expect to receive customer service that is out of this world.  Their passionate and dedicated team is excellent and without exception all are fully “up there” with every aspect of the business.”

Times & Sunday Tmes AwardsThe judges went on to say “Ben Smith is an outstanding branch manager focusing his team on managing expectations and working hard for customer’s delight” and that “Reagan Bradley is a seriously good property manager and one that Landlords can rest assured will always go the extra mile when it comes to taking care of their properties.”  Reagan Bradley is the first person to ever win the Best UK Property Manager award twice, taking it in 2013 also.

Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2014

It was always going to be hard to top the 2013 awards when we walked away with the major Overall prize, but this year we were delighted to win the following:

  • Gold for Best UK Branch Manager, Ben Smith,
  • Gold for Best UK Property Manager, Reagan Bradley,
  • Silver for Best Small East of England office and
  • Bronze for Best UK Property Management (201-500 properties).

We can add these new plaques to our impressive haul of sales commendations won in December 2013 at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards including Best East of England Gold, Best UK Customer Service and Best UK Social Media.

Over 550 estate agents attended the glittering bash on Friday 20th June, hosted by TV personality Penny Smith, with awe inspiring (and tear jerking) keynote speech from burns victim and charity fund raiser Katie Piper.
