New Homes Manager

Having worked closely with Emily Armstrong for the last 4 years, I have recently been promoted to the position of New Homes Manager. I love every aspect of New Homes; from looking at plans and pricing to walking around the final build on completion. As well as being responsible for the management of sales and Developer relationships, I look forward to seeking new opportunities for us going forward.

I joined Sewell & Gardner in 2016 as a Property Consultant and within three months had moved across to work in our New Homes department. It was clear to me from quite early on that this department would be where I could really thrive. I love every aspect of New Homes; from looking at plans & pricing to walking around the final build on completion. As the department’s Assistant Manager, I am responsible for the management of sales and Developer relationships and take pride in maintaining our current business. Something you may not know about me- I'm a book worm! I read 41 books over lockdown!

I have no doubt the successful sales rate is because of their enthusiasm for the work they do and the excellent rapport they have with their applicants.

I have been working for Sewell & Gardner since 2019. Over the last two years, I have been fortunate enough to work with a friendly and supportive team here who have taught me a wealth of knowledge in property. Working in the New Homes team, I have really enjoyed supporting buyers step by step as they carry out their journey of buying a new home. In 2021 I was promoted to Senior Property Consultant and now I have the exciting new opportunity to join the sales team. After growing up in Croxley Green and since moving to Watford, I have a lot of knowledge about the local area and I am now keen to meet local vendors and help them through the process of selling from the day of valuation to completion day! Something you may not know about me- I am also trained as a Maternity Nurse.

I originally joined Sewell & Gardner in 2014 as a Property Consultant in the Chorleywood office, after taking some time off on maternity leave I re-joined to work as our Managing Directors PA. I quickly noticed an opportunity within New Homes and joined the busy team in June 2018. I have been exposed to many sides of the business and have become commercially aware. My new role is ideally suited to my experience and knowledge in the New Homes department, from building relationships with developers to agreeing and progressing sales. I am proud to be able to represent and promote such a fantastic company. Something you may not know about me- I studied motor vehicle at college when I was 16 so estate agency is quite the career change!
