The days are getting longer and lighter, spring is officially here! Soon the clocks go forward which means the lighter evenings are fast approaching. The Chorleywood property market has been reasonable throughout January and February this year, but it has really picked up momentum throughout March. We have had an extremely busy time, with new buyers looking in the area, along with plenty of property coming to market and selling. There still continues, as always, to be a shortage of stock in Chorleywood, but this is a problem in and around the whole area as well as many parts of the country. As demand still out strips supply for Chorleywood and we are continuing to see strong prices being paid for property, so it is a great time to sell if you are considering a move!
