Move and improve your property with Sewell & Gardner at Moor Park, Rickmansworth

Last Thursday evening the UK’s Best Small Estate Agent, as voted by The Times & The Sunday Times Awards judging panel, Sewell & Gardner, co-hosted a property event at the prestigious Orangery at Moor Park Golf Club.

The “Move and Improve event was organised in conjunction with Clearplan Project Management in order to educate and advise clients on the current property market, and in particular, specific information on architectural services and project management, alongside presentations on insurance and financial services.

All the companies involved are local and highly professional outfits with a huge commitment to customer service and an approach to their work that exudes integrity.  Over 50 people who are interested in buying to renovate or extend their property were able to hear a number of experts speak and then take part in a questions and answers session, to tap into the knowledge of the expert panel:   James Bryden of Clearplan, Jane Duncan of Jane Duncan Architects, Chrissie Jenkins of Countrylife Insurance Brokers, Warren Harrocks of Heron Financial and our very own Alex Sewell, MD of Sewell & Gardner.

Move and improve property eventThe evening went extremely well and some great feedback was received.  Great connections were made and many people commented on the usefulness of such an event.  Some great food and wine was laid on by the fabulous Moor Park catering team and a number of lucky guests got to leave with a goody bag and complimentary tickets to Grand Designs.

All the companies involved agree that this should now be an annual event and hopefully bigger and better next year.  Managing Director of Sewell & Gardner, Alex Sewell said “ Last night’s event was a real success with good numbers and some great feedback from all the potential clients with whom I spoke”.   Nicky Bryden of Clearplan also commented “I’ve had some very positive feedback already and you’ll be interested to know that although the room was set up for 50 guest, we did end up with standing room only at the back!”
