Hello and welcome to our brand new Sewell & Gardner website, I hope you find it informative and useful.
While we were part of a franchise we were unable to add content or alter our company website without a lot of hassle and, even then, we could not post anything that was out of sync with our London counterparts. For instance, we are appointed representatives for Homelet and, as such, we offer full rent guarantee insurance on all of our tenancies, but, alas, other franchises do not carry out this practice, so we could not advertise this fabulous service on our own website! So we are all really excited about having a website all of our own, and this will really be work in progress, so PLEASE let us know if there is anything you find confusing or you think we are missing from the site and we will endeavour to oblige!
Over the coming months all of the sales and lettings teams will be writing blogs, starting with information on their daily jobs, which should make for interesting reading! We are exceptionally happy to have a team of long-standing and exceptionally well educated staff, all qualified in their field or currently studying for their NAEA or ARLA awards.
As ‘blogging’ is totally new to me, I have enlisted the help of 3 team members to help me administrate the blog and learn all about the wonders of WordPress. I would like to introduce them to you:
