Getting to know your estate agent

It is crucial to have a good relationship with agents as first impressions mean everything. If you are a keen buyer and are looking to move into a property quickly, making your agent aware of this will mean you will be their first point of call. The more in depth search criteria they have, the more they understand your perfect property and what you are looking for.

Now we are getting to the end of the year and nights are drawing in, heating is being turned on and properties are becoming more scarce, people generally start to edge away from looking for properties. If this isn’t the case for you it is essential to let your agent know. We don’t mind if you call/ drop an email every week to see if there is anything new. This will only make your relationship with agents stronger and put you at the forefront of their minds when something new comes on. So now that you know the importance of having a relationship with agents I thought I would share  some things you may like to know about our Rickmansworth team-
