We are all very aware that Christmas is fast approaching (with under 13 weeks left to go!) and for obvious reasons people either want to move now, or wait until after the festive period has passed for another year.
Despite many mixed feelings about Christmas and that this may be a quieter period for house movements (much to Estate Agents’ dismay) I am beyond excited about the opportunites this gives us at Sewell & Gardner to focus on sponsoring local companies and school. The summer fayre’s have now ceased and the indoor craft fayre’s will be replacing the outdoor events.
So how are S&G helping during this period?
Over the next coming months, we will be sponsoring the Chorleywood Litfest that Chorleywood Bookshop organise annually. With talks from many well known authors and celebrities, this event is always a huge success. To find out more information please see this link: http://chilternbookshops.co.uk/chorleywood-litfest-2015/
I feel this is an exciting event you do not want to miss out on! We will be main sponsors of the opening night and another evening later that month. Please feel free to come down to chat with us throughout the evening with a glass of wine to hand!
Emma (Watford Administrator), Harriet (Rickmansworth Administrator) and I have all been in contact with local schools in our areas to help advertise their events or uniforms/PE kits and equipment. We have just provided the highly regarded Christ Church School C of E with sports jackets for their away games over the next coming cold months. We hope this will provide the pupils with the much needed layers when travelling around to various sports events.
We are always willing to help local schools and our community with advertising their events, and providing gifts for raffle prizes etc. Please feel free to get in touch with us to discuss how we can support your business or school and strengthen our community by working together.
We are not just here to help you buy or sell your home, we want to be the friendly Estate Agents that help you along every step of the way and that means welcoming you into the neighbourly community.
