Wow! What an amazing start we have had at our Croxley Green office! I have been involved in estate agency coming up to 2 months now and I already feel I have developed and learnt so much from everyone at Sewell & Gardner. Here at our Croxley Green office we have already agreed seven sales and as a result of this the confidence and morale in the office is extremely high. When I first started with Sewell & Gardner in March 2016 I had never felt so nervous, however, within minutes of walking through the door Kevin my Branch Manager & Kate our Head of Sales made me feel at ease. Don’t get me wrong, the first 2 weeks in this industry were quite daunting as there is a lot to take in. Even picking up the phone for the first time can feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders, however, the more and more you do something the easier it gets and confidence begins to grow.
Sewell & Gardner Croxley Green
Our new Croxley Green Branch has now been open for over 6 weeks. Kirsty Drabik joined us for a few weeks before leaving to have her second child and she has been so helpful in overseeing my development and it has been a pleasure to work alongside someone with so much experience and knowledge in estate agency. I am very excited for what the future brings and I am over the moon to be involved in the booming Croxley Green property market!
